Order Request Form

Placing an order request is a simple process:

1. Determine what you want to order and fill in the form on this page.
   
2. Select the Item you wish to purchase by filling in the quantity and the Color and / or Size if required. If you order multiple quantities, you can either specify multiple sizes and colors in the Color and / or Size box or fill in the information in the "Any message or special instructions?" box.
   
3. Enter any special instructions and/or notes you need in the special instructions area.
   
4. You may want to print a copy of this your final order screen before you "Send Order Request".
   
5. Once you have finalized what you want, click on "Send Order Request".
   
6. Sportfence will determine the freight and CA state tax. If you are not in California, you will not be taxable.
   
7. Sportfence will fax or e-mail an official Estimate immediately upon receipt of this form and then you call an confirm
