Our rack comes with 16 essential fittings:

4 - Side Outlet Elbows
2 - Side Outlet Crosses
2 - Elbows
8 - Adjustable Stops

Material-#6061 T6 Sch.40 Aluminum-3/4"

Please make sure all of the fittings were received in good condition.

Lay out parts as shown: All fittings will come pre-attached to their appropriate pipes

Assemble base frame and tighten setscrews. Make sure the center cross beam is centered on long pipes

Tip frame and slide upright tubes in from the bottom. Attach cross top bar. After making sure the uprights fall to the same level as the corner legs, tighten remaining setscrews.

Inside adjustable stops should be set at 3" from the side outlet cross to allow fences to slightly lean. When all fences are placed on rack, the outside adjustable stops can be tightened at the last fence. Use 7/16" wrench.
